Synopsis :It's Christmas Eve, Angela Bridges, an ambitious young executive, works late before she leaves for her family's holiday party. When she gets down to the parking garage, she discovers that her car won't start. Her garage is deserted and her cell phone doesn't get a signal underground. When Thomas, a friendly security guard, comes along and offers to help, Angela nervously accepts his gesture of good will. For this new world has become infested with a terrible plague: omnipresent, monstrously famished, mutant creatures, are wreaking havoc. They are known as : THE DRAGONS GWIZDO and LIAN-CHU are two dragon hunters, but are a long way from being among the best. Their only real talents: the size of the hulking brute with the heart of gold, Lian-Chu, and Gwizdo's talent for scams of all and any shape or form. Their sole ambition: to buy a little farm where they can chill out and raise mussels, a creature that is a lot less unpleasant and difficult to hunt down than dragons. A few islands away rises the fortress of Lord Arnold. Arnold has a problem: he's living in terror at the thought of the return of World Eater, that horrible dragon that returns every thirty seasons to spread terror and destruction. Nobody has been able to conquer him. In fact nobody's ever returned alive to spread the news of how the fight went. Zoe, the grand-niece of the lord, has decided to take matters in hand, and has met Gwizdo and Lian-Chu. A young college student is abducted from New Salem Jr. College. Her body is found several weeks later after she had been brutally tortured and cutup by her abductor. A few days later, Aubrey Fleming (Lindsay Lohan) disappears after a college football game and becomes his next victim. The FBI believe that they are looking for a sadistic serial killer who likes to viciously play with his victims before getting rid of them. The FBI hope they can find Aubrey before she is killed. About a week later, a critically injured girl is found by the roadside and taken to the hospital. Aubreys parents Daniel (Neal McDonough) and Susan (Julia Ormond) are at her bedside when she awakens. The girl tells Aubreys parents that she doesnt know Aubrey, and that she is a stripper named Dakota Moss. The doctors believe Aubrey is suffering from traumatic stress of the ordeal and she only needs a little time to recover her memory. Dakota begins to believe that she may be Aubreys identical twin. The only problem with that is that she was an only child.
