Old skool RPG-miniaturen

"Otherworld Miniatures produces a small but rapidly expanding range of fantasy 28mm miniatures for 'old school' roleplayers and wargamers," writes Richard Scott. "Our figures are inspired by the iconic imagery of the early roleplaying games, and cast in both pewter and resin.
Our current ranges include Demons & Devils, Pig-faced Orcs and Giants, with a Dungeon Monsters range soon to include Bugbears, Gargoyles and Trolls. Our future plans include Hobgoblins, Lizardmen, Gnolls, Ogres, a small range of town guards and militia characters, and much more.


Our signature range of Pig-faced Orcs will soon number 25 different figures, including warriors, leaders, and an Orcwife and her brats. These figures were sculpted by the very talented Kevin Adams. Our small range of Giants (Hill, Stone, Frost and Fire) are the work of Paul Muller."

Collab - Animating the Imperial Guard (The AI dilemma)

Last Thursday the tiny dirt road I needed to take was blocked by a concrete barricade. I cursed ( several times ) and then I thought: " That's actually a cool barricade for a Warhammer 40k shoot. " So I got out of the car, took a picture and had an even worse idea. It took 2 old urbex pictures from back in 2016 and the new concrete slab cellphone photo plus some Photoshop compositing magic to let Firefly AI finalize this composition into the kind of Space Hulk tunnel I wanted. Then I combined 2 stills from @Kyden_cosplay 's props + Cadian commissar cosplay ( made during @GeekVillagebelgium + @GeeksandFreaksnl ) and noticed I had not photographed his legs, so I added the lower part from a macrophoto of a commissar-miniature I had shot during Trolls-et-Légendes ( Sorry, don't know who painted it ). Elke week tussen Samhain 2025 en Ostara 2026 werd er van minstens één boek de eerste pagina voorgelezen door een baardige fotograaf en de video daarvan werd op Tiktok ( en soms ook op Instagram ) gepost.
